I started Camp Fitness…
I started Camp Fitness when I noticed a huge need for true personal trainers who cater in individuals’ specific needs. So often gyms focus on clients as nothing but a number. They push clients through the same portal they push everyone else through and expect the same results.
Camp Fitness acknowledges that everyone has a different story. Perhaps an injury, eating disorder, allergy, or even trauma. This means we need to meet on a personal level, not in the same plan given to everyone else. So, I created this business where every client gets a custom-built workout plan, nutrition guide, and accountability that is all focused around their specific needs. Whether in person or virtual, I can guarantee that I can meet your needs.
I learned the hard way…
I lost 50 pounds in three months by doing “traditional weight loss” tricks like running every day and eating 1500 calories. Afterwards, I had a slow metabolism, sleep issues, saggy skin, and no clue where to go. Three years and hundreds of dollars into programs later, I finally hired a trainer and found a solution: body recomposition.
Because I dropped weight too quickly, I was left with saggy skin around my chest and belly.
The setbacks…
We all have them. A divorce. A death. An injury. A life altering surgery. It’s just part of life, but it changes our bodies more than we know. I experienced several setbacks, and I still do. I have a degenerative disc in my back and suffered from a torn meniscus when I was in my prime. It happens.
In the summer of 2022, I had surgery on my knee to remove my torn meniscus.

What I Do
Change your life by working toward your goal despite the setbacks. There will always be setbacks, which is why you need a trained person there to guide you toward what matters. Check out the results page to see what I mean. You can’t expect to get lasting results from the same program that others are doing. No two bodies are the same, so no two programs should be the same.
I hold certifications from the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Body Transformation. I specialize in weight loss and corrective exercise. Most of these are done at the same time.
