Training with Camp Fitness is 100% customizable with 0% hassle. I don’t make you sign a ridiculous year-long commitment. I also don’t do anything without your full consent and understanding.

How It Works

  • This is a phone call or two just to help evaluate if Camp Fitness is right for you. During your consultation, you will be asked everything about your past and present health conditions. Leaving the consultation, you will know what the best route is we will take.

  • This is Phase II. Here, we meet in person and evaluate the structure of your physical health. This is where I will decide on what body parts need work first in order to eliminate injuries and relieve unnecessary body aches. From here, the journey begins. The next three months of training will be outlined and adjusted weekly to accommodate your constantly-changing body.

  • This is exciting! Now that the introduction is over, we go full speed ahead. Most training can start full swing within a week of meeting. Now, you will start training under my direct supervision. All workouts are built custom to you and uploaded onto an app for easy access wherever you are. I will be training you in-person, of course, but the virtual option is always there. A weekly nutrition guide will be posted as well, not only to help you change your eating, but also to help you learn the process so that this is a ONE TIME FIX that you can replicate with your family. All workouts and nutrition coaching are included in one cost and are updated weekly after a weekly accountability call where you tell me how things are going.
